Event Conduct & Solicitation Policy

Southern Utah Market events are open to the public. Participation as a seller, promoter, or distributor is not.

Participation is by registered booth only. Anyone attending our events may not:

  • Distribute flyers, samples, business cards, or promotional materials
  • Approach vendors or shoppers to sell, promote, recruit, or canvass
  • Collect contact information, signatures, or sign-ups
  • Set up any display, table, or signage without prior registration

By attending, you agree to our Event Conduct Policy.

General Conduct

Southern Utah Market events are family-friendly community spaces, and we ask everyone who attends to help keep them that way. We expect vendors, shoppers, and guests to keep language and behavior appropriate for children, and to treat one another, our staff, and our venues with respect. Booth displays, signage, and merchandise should be family-appropriate as well.

Harassment, intimidation, aggressive behavior, and intoxication are not permitted at our events. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who violates this policy, and to ask them to leave the event space. Attendees are also expected to follow the direction of Southern Utah Market staff and any rules set by the host venue.
