All proceeds from sales go directly to the vendor. Southern Utah Market charges a small service fee for acting as an intermediary between the buyer and vendor. Vendors are paid at the end of each month. Due to this arrangement, we maintain a strict final sale policy; all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

If there is an issue with the product, Southern Utah Market may, at its discretion, facilitate an exchange or resolution with the vendor, if applicable and at the vendor's approval. We encourage buyers to inspect products carefully before completing a purchase.

Southern Utah Market is not liable for the use, misuse, or any issues arising from the use of products once they have been purchased. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that any post-purchase concerns will need to be addressed directly with the vendor.
